Do you offer a trial?
Yes. We offer 1 session trial or a 21 day paid so you can experience our coaching, atmosphere and structure before committing. The trial allows you to meet the team, experience sessions and see if we are the right fit for you.
Are there long term contracts?
No, if you join on our monthly rolling membership there is just a 30 day cancellion notice period.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, but for a minimun of 3 weeks or more.

How much does it cost to hire the studio for a class or group training?
We offer full private use of the studio on Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday for rental price of £75.00 per hour, Please talk to us about availability.
DO YOU HAVE PARkING ON-SITE?
Yes, we do, we have a large car park on-site at the feel good factory in bromley which is completely free for upto 3 hours.
do you offer a goal setting consultation?
Yes, that comes included with your personal traing mmbership and how we onboard our members. We old a 20 minute meeting along with a body scan review.
Do you have changing rooms?
Yes, we have male and female changing rooms along with showers and lockers.
